At Made In Japan, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original Japanese artisanal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
