We use specialized, high-grade protective packaging and double-boxing techniques to ensure your ceramics, glassware, and home decor arrive in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days via tracked air mail.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, some kitchenware items cannot be returned once used.
How should I care for my handmade Japanese ceramics?
Most of our traditional ceramics are hand-wash only to preserve their glaze and integrity. Specific care instructions are included on each product page and inside your package.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customs fees depend on your country's regulations. Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT incurred upon the arrival of their package.
